    Objectives of the position:
    As an ambassador of Jesus Christ, the Client Services Coordinator provides oversight to the center’s non-medical client services. This includes client care, helping with the primary training in the office, helping all center volunteers, and the implementation of necessary programs to meet client needs.
     
    Qualifications:
     

    • Agrees with Statement of Faith, Mission Statement, Code of Christian Conduct, and policies of the Center.
    • Exhibit strong commitment and dedication to the pro-life position and sexual purity.
    • Is dependable, stable, and capable of committing to this position’s responsibilities and duties.
    • Expresses a desire to reach at-risk clients considering abortion.
    • Believes in the sanctity of all human life from the moment of conception through natural death.
    • Exhibit skills in interpersonal communication, public speaking, and problem-solving.
    • Has a sincere, mature faith and can disciple and support those he/she works with
    • Exhibits strong interpersonal, spiritual, and organizational skills, takes initiative, is flexible and can carry out duties with little or no supervision.
    • Have two years of experience in a helping profession in a position requiring leadership experience or equivalent.
    • Preferably has an associate or bachelor’s degree in a helping field, or related equivalent experience.

    Client Services
     
    • Make prayer an integral part of the day-to-day operation of the Center.
    • Provide advocate counseling and services for clients.
    • Maintain and update the referral resources for volunteers and client use.
    • Handle routine business calls that don’t require Executive Director’s assistance.
    • Interact with Executive Director to relate client or staff needs, progress of Center, problems, goal setting and implementation.
    • Provide monthly and year-end client statistical reports, and monthly client stories to the Executive Director.
    • Complete data entry of client information after each client or by the end of day when client was seen.
    • Help implement in person and online ‘Earn While You Learn’ classes to meet the ongoing parenting needs of the clients.
    • Make sure participating clients have weekly classes and any completed lessons receive points earned.
    • Help clients in the Baby Boutique as needed.
    • Annually make sure the referral list is up to date.
    •  Help volunteers when able to sort material items and organize the Baby Boutique. 
    • Coordinate an annual appreciation event (dinner party) for staff and volunteers with the Executive Director.
    • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficient in Word, basic skills in Excel, Publisher a plus.
