Shop Assistant

Job Summary:  Are you a jack of all trades looking for a home to bring your diverse skill set to? We are looking for a Shop Assistant to join a growing fun leisure time pool and spa company.  The Shop Assistant duties include but not limited to: warehousing, aboveground pool deliveries, landscape material loading and some inside retail customer service.  Prior pool/spa knowledge and or pool/spa employment is a plus, but not necessary.  Commission incentives for inside retail sales in addition to hourly wage.  Must be able to drive a forklift, foot pedal controlled operated skid loader and have a willingness to learn.

Location: Highland, IL
Position type: Full time, Evaluation Hire
Pay: up to $18/hr, BOE
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (and Saturdays 9am-1pm during spring and summer months)
Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• Proven experience with forklifts and skid loaders
• Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs
