Shift Manager Trainee

Step up into leadership.  As a Shift Manager Trainee, you will complete hands-on Management training alongside our leadership team.  You will learn how to run shifts, coach crew members, maintain food safety standards and deliver great customer service.  

Responsibilities

•  Lead daily shift operations across the Kitchen, Drive-Thru and Front Counter
•  Coach, direct, and motivate crew to meet speed and hospitality goals.
•  Enforce food safety, cleanliness and cash control procedures
•  Manage inventory, labor efficiency, and shift handoffs.

• Age 18 or older
• Strong commuication and team-coaching abilites
• Open availability for variable shifts (Morning, evenings, weekends)
