FORE! THE FOUNDATION GOLF SCRAMBLE SET FOR OCTOBER 7

If you like golfing and enjoy being around fun people all while benefiting a non-profit organization, you will want to get signed up for the Troy/Maryville Fore! The Foundation Golf Scramble, set for Friday, October 7, at Oak brook Golf Course in Edwardsville.  Registration begins at 7:00 a.m. and tee off is set for 8:00 p.m.  Teams and sponsorships are available.  Plenty of food and drink will be on hand.  
There will also be a couple of special holes that will challenge all levels of golfers.  There will be beer carts, goodie bags, attendance prizes and more.  This is a fun event and open to all golfers, no matter of their skill level.  If you want to have fun, we want you!
          
In 2022, the Chamber Foundation was able to award four $1,000 scholarships for local high school students.  Thanks to the attendees and sponsors from the 2021 Fore! The Foundation Golf Scramble, we were able to exceed our goal.  “We heard nothing but compliments from those who were in attendance at last year’s event” said Dawn Mushill, Executive Director, Troy/Maryville/St. Jacob/Marine Chamber of Commerce.  “The goal of the event is to have a whole lot of fun, while building the Foundation” said Mushill.
