    Human Resources Manager
    Wisper Internet is seeking a full-time exempt Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this role, the primary responsibility will be
    to lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including overseeing the full employee life cycle and
    enhancing Wisper’s HR operations by keeping our employees and our Core Values at the heart of our decisions. This position will
    report directly to the VP HR and will assist in developing an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous
    improvement, team-work and high performance centered around our employees being our best asset.

    Essential Job Functions
    • Oversight & LMA of HR team
    • Develop and execute talent strategy particularly as it
    relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting,
    retention, and succession planning
    • Manages the talent acquisition process, which may
    include recruitment, interviewing, hiring of qualified job
    applicants, and onboarding; collaborates with
    departmental managers to understand skills and
    competencies required for openings
    • Provides support and guidance to HR generalists,
    management, and other staff
    • Complete understanding and ability to execute
    Investigations, Coaching Path meetings, ADA & FMLA,
    Terminations, etc.
    • Administers compensation plan and assists in developing
    competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure
    the organization attracts and retains top talent
    • Oversees execution of payroll and ensures all tax
    compliance and wage/labor audits are completed on time
    • Assists in creating learning and development programs
    and initiatives that provide internal development
    opportunities for employees
    • Leads the Culture Committee with an aim of increasing
    overall employee engagement and morale
    • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local
    employment laws and regulations, and recommended best
    practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain
    • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory
    changes, and new technologies in human resources,
    talent management, and employment law.
    • Up to 5% overnight travel
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements
    • 5+ years in an HR related field
    • 2+ years management experience
    • Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, &
    best practices
    • Extensive knowledge of HR functions
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & HRIS
    • Legally authorized to work in country of employment
    without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status,
    now or in the future
    • Must pass a background check & drug screen
    Desired Skills & Competencies
    • Degree in HR or Business-related field preferred
    • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
    • High EQ & ability to connect with people at all levels
