Role:
The System Engineer is at the core of our customer’s technology success. You will be primarily responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing project plans. You will collaborate with our Virtual Chief Information Officer to recommend solutions that meet our client’s needs. This includes creating process documentation to allow for IT Support Specialists to effectively support clients. Responsible for onboarding new clients including documenting existing hardware, software, and credentials. Diagnose problems with network connections, firewalls, workstations, server hardware and peripherals, Microsoft operating systems, and third-party software.
