This office position earns a competitive wage of $18/hour. As an HVAC Customer Service Associate, you create the first impression customers get of our company and our values. With your positive attitude and friendly demeanor, you create a great impression and facilitate strong customer rapport. You communicate with homeowners over the phone and by text. They are usually dealing with a malfunctioning heating and cooling system, so you assist them with their needs. At the office, you update customer files in our ServiceTitan software and assist service technicians with communications, parts procurement, and scheduling.
