  • Student Services Support and Compliance Administrator

    Southwestern Illinois College is accepting applications for the full-time administrative position of Student Services Support and Compliance Administrator.

    POSITION DESCRIPTION

    In accordance with the Mission and Values of Southwestern Illinois College, this position carries out highly responsible, complex, and confidential work which includes providing all administrative support services to an executive level administrator. This position requires a high level of confidentiality and performs varied functions to include preparing correspondence, detailed reports and meeting minutes for an array of student conduct topics, which include preparing grievances responses and materials for the hearing process. It is essential that this administrator exercise considerable independent judgment, initiative and discretion based on knowledge of administrative policies and procedures. This administrator will serve to ensure that the necessary follow-up and reports to ICCB, HLC are provided. Additionally, this position will be responsible for ensuring that websites for the CSSO are updated and student centered; as well as, bringing attention to outdated policies and procedures to ensure all Student Services public information is updated annually, as needed.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

     

    1. Bachelor’s degree is required.
    2. Two (2) years of experience in an administrative support role or related position is required.
    3. Work experience with customer and office support.
    4. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

     

     

    STARTING PAY AND HOURS

    Salary Grade 2 on Administrative Pay Scale, ranging $44,675 to $51,310 per year.

    Belleville Campus
