SUMMARY:Troy American Legion Open House BBQ
DESCRIPTION:Troy IL\, American Legion Post 708 will be hosting an "Open House" BBQ on Saturday\, May 8th from 12pm to 6pm. The bar will open at 11 am.  We will have Brats\, Burgers\, Beans\, Coleslaw\, Chips.  \n\n\n\nThis is open to the Public and will cost $7.00 a plate.   We will have plenty of parking also for Motorcycles.  Everyone is WELCOMED!!\n\n\n\nWe will be hosting the American Legion Post 708 Motorcycle Riders club.  This will be a "Ride In" We are looking for members as well as new members for the post plus join the club.  The president of the Legion Riders will be present.  \n\n \n\nWe will also have booths set up for the DAV Veterans Organization assisting in Veterans who are in need of help with V/A issues.  We will have the Veterans Assistance Commission of Madison County there as well.  \n\n \n\nWe will have booths for our Troy American Legion Baseball Program as well as our Legion Auxiliary.  They will be there to talk to new members who wish to take part in these programs.  \n\n\n\nThe Legion post is here for two things. One for our area Veterans\, and two for the community. The Troy American Legion 708 meets on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7pm\, with social hour starting at 6pm.
