SUMMARY:Tribute to the Troops - Vietnam Era
DESCRIPTION:In honor of National Vietnam War Veterans Day on March 29th\, 2019\, I teamed with St. Peters\, Mo. VVA Chapter 458 to create a memorable evening of dinner\, displays and entertainment. It was a huge success! We had an overflow crowd and a packed theater. In an effort to recoup costs and get the show 'road ready' I am producing it on the East side of the river.\n\n\n\nHere are a few highlights you'll experience\;\n\n\n\nA catered field kitchen style menu to include familiar chow...MUCH yummier than Vietnam c-rations\, with a cash bar available.\n\n\n\nVets meet your brothers in arms and see where they were stationed on the interactive map.\n\n\n\nSee and learn about other war memorabilia on display.\n\n\n\nJoin in the show for a video musical review of the lighter experieces of our Vietnam Veterans and the music of their era. You will hear their stories\, laugh and learn\, and maybe even tear up a little as we take a trip back through the music and memories of 1955 - the early 70's (Considering the subject matter\, this a PG13 event).\n\n\n\nHave your picture taken with Elizabeth and her Donut Dollies at the end of the show.\n\n\n\nPlease come out and show your support to these veterans who have waited over 50 years for a decent welcome home!\n\n\n\n(The price for all of the above is purposely kept reasonably low. Sorry\, no group\, veteran or senior discounts available.)
