Cambridge House of Maryville Seeking Volunteers

Resident Services Coordinator Kathy Tammen is asking for members of the public who might be interested in assisting with or leading certain activities with our residents.
Examples of activities include bingo calling, leading arts & crafts groups or various interest groups.  Anyone with a special skill, hobby, or talent is also encouraged to volunteer.  
Volunteer hours are flexible, and are available during weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays.  Volunteers of all ages are welcome, especially those who are in need of volunteer service hours for school districts or local churches.

Jarvis Senior Center

Volunteer is needed to call bingo on Friday's from 12:15 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. (You can pick a Friday or do them all). Businesses are welcome to sponsor Bingo. A Volunteer is also needed on Tuesdays and Thursdays mornings 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. to ride Senior Van and assist carrying groceries into homes.

Special Olympics

Volunteers are the core of the Special Olympics program and we could not exist today without the time, energy, education and commitment of our volunteers. Special Olympics Illinois relies on people of all ages to help in every aspect of the program – both at the local and state level. Anyone 10 years or older can be a general Special Olympics volunteer and coaches must be at least 14 years of age or older. Tri-Township Library

The board of Trustees of the Tri-Township Public Library District is seeking applicants to fill a vacant position. The appointment will be for the remainder of the unexpired term ending in 2017. To any interested person please submit a letter of interest to the Tri-Township Public Library District Board.
