401(k) ROLLOVER CHECKLIST

401 (k) ROLLOVER CHECKLIST

Leaving a 401(k) plan with a previous employer could mean no one is reviewing it.

At Edward Jones, we can explain your 401(k) plan options and help you select a strategy that's best for you. If you'd like to roll it to an Edwards Jones IRA, we can help you do it without incurring taxes or penalties. So you can feel confident someone is looking out for you – and your 401(k).

What You Need to Roll Over Your 401(k) Plan

When you meet with your financial advisor, you will need a few documents to complete the rollover process;

-Distribution forms from your existing or former employer

-Copies of your most recent employer retirement plan account statement

-Names, Social Security numbers and birthdates of all beneficiaries

-Name and address of your new employer's retirement plan custodian

To find out why it makes sense to talk with Edward Jones about your 401(k) plan rollover, call today.

7-WEEK BIBLE STUDY OFFERED

TROY UNITED METHODIST CHURCH WILL OFFER

A 7-WEEK BIBLE STUDY BASED ON THE NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER

90 MINUTES IN HEAVEN

Back by popular demand, Troy United Methodist Church will offer a seven-week video-based Bible Study series on Wednesday evenings, June 9 through July 21 at 7:20 till 8:20 p.m. in the Conference Room.

This study explores what it will be like in heaven. The series includes teaching via DVD by Don Piper, author of the New York Times bestseller 90 Minutes in Heaven which has sold more than 3.5 million copies worldwide.

Ninety minutes after Don Piper was declared dead as a result of a devastating head-on collision with an eighteen wheeler, he miraculously returned to life. Don spent the next 13 months in a hospital bed recovering from the massive injuries he suffered and the 34 surgeries needed to mend his broken body. As he faced a grueling recovery, vivid memories of heaven sustained him. His experiences prompted him to study what the Bible says about heaven, how to get there, what it's like, and how embracing heaven changes everything while we are still on earth.

The seven weeks of this study will provide those in attendance with a deeper understanding of heaven. Each week's session includes about 20 minutes of inspirational video testimony by Don Piper and a thought-provoking time of discussion. Member workbooks are available for a $10.00 donation.

The public is welcome to attend. The Troy United Methodist Church is located at 407 Edwardsville Road in Troy. For further information, please call 667-6241 or visit www.troyumc.org.
